Calender and Scheduling

- Establish a working schedule for your appointments, days off, conventions and anything else needed to stay organized.
- Setup a working and easy to manage calendar with details, pricing, client phone numbers and other details as needed.

Referrals 

- If the schedule is full, or the client is wanting something in a different style, it will be passed to other artists in the shop.
- Create a comfortable and easy booking experience so that clients either come back for more work, or refer the artist/shop to friends and family.

Income and Expense Tracking 

- Track income and expenses to help manage and be prepared for year-end taxes

- Track both monthly and yearly to help prepare for the slow season and give up to date information to help manage personal finances

Miscellaneous Tasks:

  • Help with raffles and/or giveaway

  • Create spreadsheets to help with waiting lists, travel clients, deposit, etc.

  • Flexible with taking on more tasks as they come up!
